Harry Shaw Disneyland® Paris Competition

4 Days / 3 Nights Staying at Disney's Hotel Santa Fe

1. This free prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
2. Prize is subject to availability - if unavailable we will provide an alternative break of similar type and value.  The prize winner must be able to join their break at one of our designated joining points: Birmingham, Hinckley, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Daventry, Northampton, Thurrock M25 Granada Services, or Dover.  Prize is for four people sharing one room at Disney's Hotel Santa Fe.
3. Prize provided will be everything included in your chosen break as detailed on www.harryshaw.co.uk  No additional expenses are covered and travel to the departure point is not included.  It is the winner's responsibility to get to the nearest departure point. No hotel under occupancy supplements or are included. No departure point supplements are included if applicable.
4. The winner will be selected at random.
5. To enter the competition you must answer the question as detailed on the competition post on www.facebook.com/HarryShawTravel
6. Strictly one entry per person. If subsequent entries are found all of your entries may be disqualified from the competition.
7. All entries received after the final closing date will not be entered into any prize draw.
8. The final closing date for entry to the competition is midnight on on Wednesday 03 October 2018.
9. The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Harry Shaw, their family members or anyone else connected to the Company.
10. By entering the Competition, participants agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Competition, the terms of our Privacy Policy and being contacted by Harry Shaw for marketing purposes including promotional emails.
11. Harry Shaw accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the Prize.
12. Harry Shaw reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently delete this Competition with or without prior notice.
13. Harry Shaw reserves the right to disqualify any entries at any time without prior notice.
14. No responsibility is taken for entries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
15. The name and town or county of the winners may be published for congratulatory and promotion reasons.
16. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
17. The winner will be sent a private message with details about how to claim their prize. The winner will not be published publicly on Facebook.
18. Any prize not claimed by 4pm on Friday 05 October 2018 will be forfeited and no further claims thereafter will be entertained. We will draw another winner if the prize is not claimed by the original winner.
19. Harry Shaw's decision is final.
20. The Competition is governed by English Law.
