We start with a departure by coach for our journey to the Channel port and the crossing to the Continent. After disembarking we continue to the Rhine / Moselle Valley. Accommodation has been reserved for 3 nights on a dinner, bed and Continental breakfast basis (first night will be soup and sandwiches as evening arrival) at a carefully selected hotel in the Rhine or Moselle Valleys. Typical of the hotels we use is the Hotel Wagner in the pleasant village of Kamp Bornhofen. All rooms have private facilities.
During your stay you can join these great value optional excursions:
- A tour firstly to Koblenz. Here you can take a stroll along the picturesque narrow streets and see the historic squares. Price: £18.95 per person
- A tour along the breathtakingly Rhine to Rudesheim. The big local attraction is the Drosselgasse – a street comprised entirely of pubs! Also of interest is the Niederwalddenkmal – a remnant of the Imperial German Reich. Price: £18.95 per person
