We start with a local departure for our journey south and stay for 4 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis at the Barrowfield Hotel. This is well located just off the sea front, close to the town and all the amenities. Facilities include an indoor pool, sauna, bar and restaurant. All rooms are en suite with tv and tea/coffee making facilities and nightly entertainment is provided at the hotel.
During your stay we have included these great excursions:
- A visit to St Ives where there is a myriad of little shops and art galleries along its cobbled stoned streets and harbour side. The narrow winding streets mean the coach is unable to take us to the heart of town.
- Next we travel to Truro – county town of Cornwall, dominated by its splendid cathedral. From here we visit “Healeys Cyder Farm” in Penhallow for a tasting of Cornwalls infamous cider and other alcohol favourites then finish off with a delicious cream tea.
