Day 1 – depart from local pick up points and travel to Bruges by either cross Channel ferry or Eurotunnel. Tonight there is a 5 course Christmas Eve dinner with entertainment and limited drinks included
Day 2 – Christmas Day – there is time to explore Bruges centre and take in some of the city’s ain sights in the morning. A 3 course lunch with turkey is included at the hotel together with 2 glasses of wine, water and tea / coffee. In the afternoon you may like to take a cruise down the network of canals, (extra cost). Tonight there is a 4 course Christmas dinner with entertainment and limited drinks
Day 3 – Boxing Day – included visit to the 13th century ‘art city of Flanders’ – Ghent with its quaint cobbled streets and labyrinth of canals. This is one of Belgium’s oldest cities and its elegant Mediaeval architecture is worth admiring. Free time back in Bruges followed by dinner
Day 4 – return home
30 December - depart from local pick up points and travel to Bruges by either cross Channel ferry or Eurotunnel. Buffet dinner tonight with water and tea / coffee included.
Day 2 – New Year’s Eve – this morning you can take a walk around the beautiful city of Bruges with its gabled houses, majestic churches, cobbled streets and charming canals. The afternoon is free to explore further – don’t miss the Bell Tower – the landmark of the city – and Burg Square with its impressive Town Hall. Return to the hotel and welcome in the New Year with a 5 course gala dinner with musical entertainment, ¼ bottle of white wine, ⅓rd bottle of red wine, water and tea / coffee. Champagne at midnight.
Day 3 – New Year’s Day – enjoy a leisurely morning before joining our included excursion to nearby cosmopolitan seaside resort of Ostend to catch a breath of sea air. Return to the hotel for tonight’s buffet dinner with water and tea / coffee included
Day 4 – return home
- Coach travel and return Channel crossing by ferry or Eurotunnel
- 3 nights accommodation at Novotel Brugge Centrum. Meal programme as itinerary.
- Excursions as detailed (subject to change). If any aspect of excursions or meal programme is missed there will be no compensation payable
